It’s the top of the New Year and we all know what that means…. It’s time to pack out the gym, write down your fitness goals of the year, and set your phone backgrounds to your #WCW or #bodygoals.
If you haven’t been steady on your workout game you may be starting right where you were last year. I recently watched a Weight Watchers commercial featuring Oprah and the one thing that really resonated with me was her goal of being in the best shape of her life. It was as simple as that. Instead of focusing on losing or gaining X amount of pounds, I believe that if we set our target to be our best selves holistically, we can find ways to stay true to those goals. Below I have listed some tried and true ways to stick to your health goals for 2016.
