Lately, I have been having way too much fun with life. That’s because I have made the conscious effort to truly live and not just exist. Summer sixteen has been really good to me, and for the first time in a long while I can say that I really had fun. I stopped adulting for a second (bills whet?), and became a big kid at heart. From traveling, to concerts, to days spent on the island with my fellow Queens - without a doubt it was the most memorable summer I’ve ever had. To bid this summer farewell until the next one, I ended it with a day at the fair.
Since relocating across the country, this was my first time going to the Big Eastern (aka Big E) Fair in New England. While there, I had the opportunity to try some deep fried New England cuisine, people watch (my fav thing to do), and enjoy the rides and entertainment. For those of you who aren’t familiar with the Big E, it is the largest agricultural event on the eastern coast and the seventh largest fair in the country.
My favorite part of the fair besides stuffing my face with all the yummy food was getting to watch the circus. What big kid at heart wouldn’t enjoy that? All in all, it was the perfect way to bring my summer experiences to a close, and until next time thank you #summersixteen for serving me my entire life!
