Journaling has helped me by keeping me calm when my life feels as though it’s passing me by or by helping me laugh at myself, which I’ve come to find helps destress me and also show me how much I’ve grown. Some of the most successful and fearless people you know speak about journaling often like mama Oprah. I will be honest with you, I journal the most when life gets crazy. There is something cathartic about being able to put my emotions on paper that has a liberating effect on me! I can’t even begin to tell you how much lighter I feel once I am done with a journal entry. I encourage people to journal because journaling:
