If you are like me, your inbox is constantly flooded with emails. These emails can range from career focused, fun/interesting listservs, flight deals, etc. No matter how hard I try, I cannot get to inbox zero. While there are other emails that I feel like I have unsubscribed to 50,000 times; there are others that help me get through my week. Here we go:
Ever wish you could roll all of your subscription emails into one place? Well, allow me to introduce you to Unroll.me; this platform helps you clean up your inbox in a few easy steps. It also helps you unsubscribe from emails with a simple click of a button. It will deliver all of your ‘rolled’ emails to you at a time of your choosing in one email! Decide that you want to receive an email directly into your inbox? Simply ‘unroll’ it and it comes back into your inbox! Unroll.me helps take all of the emails that usually take up so much spack and package them in to one simple email per day.
If you like constantly learning new things but don’t necessarily have the time to sit and look up the many wonders of the world, I suggest you check out The Sketchplanation. A weekly email explaining one thing in a sketch. The sketches are always different and the topics range week to week. The fact that it is in the form of a drawing makes it a million times easier to digest really quickly!
A Song A Day:
Want to hear new music but don’t have the time or energy to go on a music-hunting binge? Check out A Song A Day, a website dedicated to curating new music for you to listen to daily based on your music tastes. You’ll get an email with the link to the song from your personal curator and a quick description of the song. If you like it, you can then check out the artist’s music on your own and if you don’t, let your curator know!
This email is not something you can actually sign up for but it is something that you can start with your friends, significant other or family members. It is an email every morning you send to each other listing out what you are grateful for. These are great to help start your day on the right foot and also to remember every day on this earth is a gift.
