Recently, for the sixth time this year, I decided that it was time that I got serious about my health. I’m not getting any younger and my dresses are getting a little tighter so - it’s that time once again: lose it or have no more clothes! One of the ways that I’m looking to improve my health is by drinking more water. Drinking more water can help you avoid overeating and putting on those devilish extra calories! I know it sounds really easy but I struggle with remembering to drink water. I sit at a desk all day and there are days when I am so engrossed in my work that I don’t even get up to drink any water! So being the planner that I am, I am setting these new habits into motion:
3. Every Time you check your Instagram or Facebook, it’s time to drink
So far, I’ve been able to pull off a two week streak at this goal and I’m proud of myself!
