I’m a total night owl and the process of me falling asleep previously consisted of me watching a show until I fell asleep. Bad - I know! I knew this was a horrible habit, and I was determined to not only have a longer time asleep but also understand the process of falling asleep. The rubber met the road when I attended Boston Business Women’s conference last year and Arianna Huffington proposed a couple of ideas on the ideal sleep (take a read at her book - The Sleep Revolution). I not only borrowed them but slowly implemented and improved on them ... Thanks girl!
So here it goes:
A combination of all the senses continually stimulated in different ways, can help lull you into the best sleep you’ve had! I run through these activities daily - whether I’m on the road or at home - and I have slowly but surely developed better and consistent sleeping patterns.
