If you are like me and aren’t afraid of falling and getting up ten times in an attempt to be better, then you are in the right place! I’m continually in awe of people who are able to make a healthy behavioral change and stick to it! These upholders - are definitely not me! I stumble around like someone feeling their way in the dark when it comes to healthy lifestyle changes! Why?! (insert sad face emoji) … For those out there like me who are able to hold themselves accountable in every other areas of life except in sticking to healthful behaviors, stick with me kid, let’s explore a few methods on how to start again this fall!

Maybe, 2017 was one of your hardest years, and some of the things you hoped for did not come through. It’s easy to dwell in self-pity and grow weary of your current outcomes. However, try not to beat yourself up too much, we all go through these difficult phases from time to time. During these times, one of the most important things you can strive for is maintaining your sanity by attaining a peace of mind. This couldn’t be any truer. When you begin to choose your space before others, when you start to move towards a different direction in your life, or even when you begin to set boundaries and expectations, and demand better for yourself, you will notice that some will call you selfish. When this happens, quiet that noise and continue choosing you!
Adopting these practices and principles is the best starting point for gaining your sanity and peace of mind. It will give you the support and comfort that you need to tackle the rest of the obstacles in your life.
