As we come to the end of the year, it is very important to reflect on what you have survived over the last 365 days. When we reflect on the past we are able to improve our future, appreciate our everyday accomplishments, and remember that we are always stronger than we think. I challenge you to use the following questions to chew over the different aspects of the past year.

Oh, and the mile long handwritten packing list that you had with you everyday until the hour before you flew out? Yeah, going back to that place just gives me palpitations!
