At various points in our lives we have all been through emotional pains and have been hurt by someone we deeply cared about. Trust me, I understand the depth of such pain, but what you do with those hurt feelings makes all the difference. It determines whether you remain stagnant contemplating endlessly about the past or move on and live a happy healthy life.
